Expected Rule Changes?

With recent overhauls to the FSAE rules (template, rack&pinion under driver, harness angles), could the rules committee provide an inclination of whether or not to expect major changes this year to Formula-Hybrid? I am asking specifically about changes to frame structure rules (3.3)

I understand that rules won't come out until late August, but a slight nod in the right direction would be very helpful at this stage.
